The workouts are definitely structured to different levels. Last Thursday the he had it broken out into 3 different groups. The fast people were doing 150s on the 2:15 (50 swim, 50 kick, 50 swim). I was doing them on the 3:00 and the others were doing something easier (as an example). We pretty much have 3 levels (depending on who shows up). I usually swim about 2500 per 60 minute workout (sometimes up to 3000 and sometimes a little less).
