Currently registration is under 50 people, so if you are trained and wishing you had one more half ironman before the season ends.... this may be your race. They are not adding late fees so the registration fee is still at $150. I'm doing it, as is a fellow LUNA Chix teammate.... hope to see more people on board soon!

This super sprint event is part of the "Get Out There & Tri Series" at Cottage Lake Park in Woodinville. The super sprint consists of a 400 yd swim, 10 mile bike, and 1.6 mile run. We also have an elite category in which you complete the course twice: swim/bike/run/swim/bike/run.

From the looks of it on the website you have to go to the race Sunday...line up in the park and registration is Monday morning? Does volunteering allow you to register on Sunday? I would like to make it back to Seattle for work on Monday and not have to camp out all night.
